Request for access on official documents

Based on the law no 2003/12 for access on official documents, Balkan Policy Institute (IPOL) sent a request to Ministry of Infrastructure to allow us to access on these documents:

1. Contract Signed between Kosovo's Government and American-Turkish consortium "Bechtel and Enka" signed on April 12, 2010.
2. The plan and strategy for building Merdare-Morine highway
3. Expropriation agreement between the with the owners to whom the land is used for highway construction
