Prishtinë, 16 December, fourteen NGO‟s through a declaration expressed concern for the election process of 12 December. According to this declaration “In many parts of Kosovo, the election process was accompanied with serious irregularities were meant manipulating the will of the citizens” also “the process was deformed and by numerous violations of law and international norms and standards for elections can not serve as the basis for the creation of democratic and legitimate institutions.
Ngo‟s Kosovar Stability Initiative (IKS), The Institute for Studies in Society and Culture „Alter Habitus‟, Advocacy Training and Resource Center (ATRC), Balkan Policy Institute (IPOL), Youth Initiative for Human Rights (YIHR), Foreign Policy Club (KPJ), Center for policies and advocacy (QPA), Kosova United States Alumni (KUSA), GAP Institute, Forum for Civic Initiatives (FIQ), Foundation for Democratic Initiatives (FDI), Civil Rights Defenders (CRD), and UNI Group, in their joint in their joint statement stressed that on the eve of third anniversary of its independence, Kosovo needs to send messages of maturity to the world. Kosovo‟s image with contested undemocratic institutions will have little chance of be successful in closing the chapter of statehood.
