Seb Bytyci
Seb Bytyci is the Executive Director of the Balkan Policy Institute. He is enrolled in a PhD in Management program at the University of York, UK, where he is also a Graduate Seminar Teacher. He holds a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) degree in Policy Analysis and Comparative and International Affairs from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) of Indiana University-Bloomington (IU) and a Master of European Studies (MES) degree in European Integration and Regionalism from the University of Graz, European Academy and European Institute of Public Administration. He also obtained a Certificate in Public Leadership and Management from the New Bulgarian University and Council of Europe. Seb is the first alumnus of the Kosovo American Education Fund (KAEF) fellowship.
Over the past years, he worked as a Project Manager with UNDP Kosovo on the projects of Transparency (KTI) and Decentralized Cooperation for Local Development (ART GOLD) and a Political Advisor to the OSCE Kosovo Head of Mission.
Seb has co-authored the Kosovo Human Development Report on Energy and Development (UNDP, 2007) and Kosovo Corruption Perceptions Survey Report (UNDP, 2004).
Seb teaches Public Policy, Conflict Resolution and Decision Making, South East European Politics and Nations and Globalization as well as Local Development and Project Planning (in the MA programme) at the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Prishtina.
Artan Ajazaj
Artan holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA in Business Administration, Economics and Fine Arts from the American University in Bulgaria. He is an alumnus of the Kosovo American Education Fund (KAEF). His areas of expertise/research interests are: Finance and Economic Development.
Mirjana Deletic Crampton
Mirjana holds a Master's degree in European Integration and Regionalism from the University of Graz. Her thesis on "Russia-Montenegro relations" was completed under the mentorship of the European Commission Head of Delegation in Montenegro, Leopold Maurer. Mirjana has a long experience on a variety of issues within international organisations in Kosovo and Montenegro, including work on Civil society, Security sector reform, Immigration issues and Elections. Mirjana has lived in Brussels since 2007 and has volunteered for Independent Diplomat's office there, working on policy issues in relation to the Balkans and Cyprus.
Pranvera Recica-Kirkbride
Pranvera is a graduate of the Harvard Law School. Her fields of expertise/research interests are: Rule of Law, Constitutional Law, Kosovo's status, South East Europe Affairs.
Artan Tigani
Artan Holds a Master of Business Administration - Electronic Commerce from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BA degree in Computer Science from the American University in Bulgaria. He is an alumnus of the Kosovo American Education Fund (KAEF) and a former Soros Scholar. His fields of expertise/research interests are: Trade, E-Commerce, Economic Development and Technology Policy.
Besa Luci
Besa has a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Missouri, Columbia and BA degree from the American University in Bulgaria. Her fields of expertise/research interests include: Media and Civil society.
Maja Nenadovic
Maja is a PhD Candidate at University of Amsterdam's European Studies Department where she is researching the design of party systems in Kosovo and Bosnia under international administration. She graduated Cum Laude with an MA diploma on International Relations and Diplomacy from Leiden University. She also obtained an MA diploma (with honors) in Political Science at the Central European University in Hungary. Her fields of expertise/research interests include: international relations, international administration, electoral and party systems, governance, South East Europe affairs, civil society and academic debate.
Lulezon Jagxhiu
Lulezon holds an MBA from the Smeal College of Business of the Pennsylvania State University. He is a KAEF alumnus. His fields of expertise/research interests are: Economic Development, Corporate finance, Information Communications Technology, Strategic leadership and Entrepreneurship.
Liridona Ibrahimi
Liridona is a Research Assistant at IPOL. She graduated in Political Science at the University of Prishtina
Gëzim Selaci
Gezim is pursuing a PhD in Public Policy at Central European University in Budapest. He is a lecturer at the Department of Sociology, University of Prishtina. His research interests include: Legitimation of elites, international administration.
Donika Emini
Donika is studying for a Master's of Public Policy degree at the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt. She has graduated in Political Science at the University of Prishtina. Her fields of expertise/research interests are: Local Government Reform, Diversity management in Kosovo. She worked as a research and project manager at IPOL.
